Labyrinth installation in Carrizozo, New Mexico

Happy to share this latest project, a labyrinth inspired by the Cathedral of Reims. The original labyrinth design was created in 1286 and later destroyed to prevent children from playing.

Papoin is recreating this form in a grassy lot in Carrizozo with the support of the Carrizozo AIR. 

The original design has been rounded and each corner has been place in one of the cardinal directions where one of the elements while be represented with found objects.
